At SujjiCollections, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, we do not provide refunds or returns unless the product received is damaged or defective.

To claim a replacement for a damaged product:

  • A clear uncut video of the entire unboxing process must be provided as proof.

  • The video should clearly show the package from all sides before opening, and the complete opening process without any pauses or edits.

  • Claims made without this proof will not be accepted.

Please ensure to record your unboxing video carefully to avoid any inconvenience.
